RETHINKING’s two day workshop is designed for people leaders, aiming to develop coaching skills. Participants will learn coaching mindsets and skills, and explore when coaching can enhance communications. With both pre-work and post work components - this workshop ensures a comprehensive learning experience that empowers leaders to enhance there day-to-day communications This workshop includes solo pre work, 2 day workshop and three 60 minute post workshop sessions.
